Hiring an experienced and skilled RBT/BT for clients in Fairfax county area. the position will start as part-time and will convert to full-time within a month.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

· You will be required to travel to the homes of clients and provide one on one therapy, following the ABA program set up by the Board-certified behavioral analyst.

· You must make yourself available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA.

· You must have a vehicle to commute from each location and be prompt to every appointment

· All data from each session should be collected and entered electronically daily (we provide training on our electronic systems)

Behavior technician/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

· Experience: 1 year as an ABA Therapist

. Registered behavior technicians are preferred.

· Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent.

· Great writing and verbal communication

· Willing to have a background check

Note: Tuition reimbursement shall be implemented according to IABS policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
